Helping Communities Move, Grow, and Connect

At Physical Literacy NWT, we help Northern communities get active through collaboration, education, and a people-first approach. Our goal? Lifelong movement, belonging, and well-being for every person, at every age.

ABOUT US

What Is
Physical Literacy?

Physical Literacy NWT was created to support communities across the North and encourage movement that supports well-being, confidence, and connection in everyday life. We believe that everyone, no matter their background, age, or ability, deserves the opportunity to develop skills that lead to active, meaningful lives.

Through school programs, sport organizations, recreation groups, and local partnerships, we build inclusive spaces where people grow, learn, and connect through movement.
