Virtual Activities

We bring movement to your screen with free online activities so you can stay active and connected no matter where you are.
Our virtual programs are offered in partnership with Northern Youth Abroad and the Mackenzie Recreation Association, with a special focus on communities in the Dehcho Region (but open to everyone!).

Everyone Is Welcome to Participate

All you need is internet access and Zoom, YouTube, or Facebook Live. You can participate from home, school, or work.

No Registration Is Required. Just Join In When You Can.

Watch live on our Facebook page or YouTube channel at the scheduled times.
Join the session in real time through Zoom (you’ll need to download the app).
Catch up anytime by watching recorded videos on YouTube (links are in each activity description).
